Questions? We've Got Answers
Here are the questions we hear most often. Don't see yours? Give us a call!
Walk-ins are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend calling ahead at (626) 965-4941 to schedule an appointment so we can set aside unhurried time for your pet.
Great question! Here's your checklist:
- • Previous medical records & vaccination history (if you have them)
- • Current medications your pet is taking
- • Your list of questions or concerns (no question is too small!)
- • Completed new patient form (if downloaded from our site)
- • Your pet's favorite treat for after the visit 🐾
During regular hours, call our main line at (626) 965-4941 and we'll help right away. Outside our hours, we don't provide emergency care ourselves — please contact one of the nearby emergency animal hospitals listed in the After-Hours Emergencies section above. When in doubt, don't wait — go in.
We care for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. At this time we do not treat exotic pets. If you're unsure whether we can see your pet, give us a call and we'll be happy to help or point you to the right place.
Yes! We have convenient on-site parking right at our location on Nogales Street. Easy in, easy out, which is especially helpful when you have a nervous pet or a large carrier.
