What to Expect
Pre-Anesthetic Exam
We'll examine your pet and may recommend bloodwork to ensure they're healthy for anesthesia.
Fasting Instructions
No food after 8 PM the night before surgery. Water is usually okay until morning.
Day of Surgery
Drop off your pet in the morning. We'll call with updates and when they're ready to go home.
Pain Management
We provide pain medication to keep your pet comfortable during recovery.
Activity Restriction
Limit activity for 10-14 days. No running, jumping, or playing to allow proper healing.
Incision Care
Keep the incision clean and dry. Use an e-collar if your pet tries to lick the site.
Follow-Up
We'll schedule a recheck appointment to ensure proper healing.
Anesthesia Safety
Your pet's safety is our top priority. We use modern anesthesia protocols and monitoring equipment to ensure the safest possible experience.
